The term originates from the expression "a bright lamp (Sirajan Munira)" in Chapter 33, Verse 46 of the Quran, which signifies illuminating the path and guiding the way for others. Siraj Systems Company was established in 2025 as a privately-owned engineering services company, wholly owned by Chinese nationals and registered in Saudi Arabia. The company was initially founded to provide engineering management services for the steel plant project invested in by China Baowu Steel Group in Saudi Arabia. The company has now been officially included in the subcontractor list for this project and is responsible for engineering management in the steel plant's construction. With the project officially underway, the company has already participated in and completed several preliminary phases of the project. Engineering project management is Siraj’s core strength and area of expertise. While participating in the Baowu steel plant project, the company has also actively expanded into the local Saudi market. Leveraging its engineering management experience and execution capabilities, we have already undertaken and participated in projects related to Saudi Arabia's water, electricity, and telecommunications infrastructure.
